A Grand Night for Scholarships

NFCC 60th Anniversary Diamond Jubilee Gala

The North Florida Community College Foundation hosted its 60th Anniversary Diamond Jubilee Gala on April 14, 2018 bringing the NFCC family and area business and community leaders together for an elegant night of fun, food and fellowship. Sponsors and event goers helped raise thousands of dollars in support of educational scholarships at NFCC. More than 250 guests attended the black tie event. The night welcomed alumni from the first graduating class and across the decades, current NFCC students and employees, College and Foundation board members, College retirees, and community members from NFCC’s six-county district and beyond. During opening remarks, Platinum Event Sponsor representative Edward Meggs of Madison County Community Bank reiterated the importance of education and community commitment.
"Over time, the most important thing you can do is invest in your community. Our Board and our employees feel very confident that the work that NFCC is doing here is going to pay us back many, many times over." ~ Edward Meggs, Madison County Community Bank

“I am delighted to be here for the College and the community. Tonight has turned out to be an absolutely beautiful evening.” ~ Annette Johnson, J&J Strong

“There’s no place far enough to keep us from coming back to Madison Florida, especially for this event.” ~ Mike English and Charlie Revels, Class of 1971
