You may request a transcript by mail or fax:

Transcripts may not be requested by telephone or e-mail.
Transcripts sent to most schools in Florida may be sent electronically; however, please be aware that Dept. of Education routing could take up to 5 days.
North Florida Community College is the records custodian of transcripts for:

Suwannee River Junior College
North Florida Community College
Currently, there is no fee charged for transcripts.
When requesting a transcript, please include the following information:
Name(s) used while a student at North Florida Community College
Current name, if different from the name(s) used while a student
Current mailing address
Daytime telephone number where you may be reached
Social Security Number
Date of birth
Approximate dates (years) that you attended
Where you would like the transcript to be sent
Your signature
An official transcript is sent from one institution to another; many colleges do not accept transcripts from students. |
