Coordinator Debbie Bass is located in the Technical Center, Bldg. 13, lower level. Email me You may qualify for the Displaced Homemaker Program if... 1. You are 35 years of age or older, 2. You have worked in the home providing unpaid services for family members, 3. You are not adequately employed, 4. You have had difficulty securing adequate employment, 5. You have been dependent on the income of another family member but no longer receive that income or have been dependent on federal assistance. The Displaced Homemaker program provides financial aid in the form of books and tuition and supportive and referral services.
