1. Attend 6th. - 12th. grade in Jefferson, Hamilton, Lafayette, Madison, Suwannee, or Taylor counties.
2. Meet economic and academic guidelines.
3. Have recommendations of school guidance counselor.
4. Have permission from parent or guardian, and commitment from parent or guardian to be involved in program activities.
5. Are willing to make a long-term commitment to the program.
