Advising: Academics and Career & Technical
|
|
As a new student, working with an academic advisor is probably the most important thing you can do. Academic Advisors are full-time professionals that make it their business to know the latest in program requirements.
They can help students clarify their educational and career goals and provide the information necessary to achieve them. Students who begin their academic careers with solid information concerning necessary course and grade requirements are more likely to be successful in the pursuit of their goals.
Successful advising requires an ongoing relationship between the College and the student. Visit the Advising Suite, located in the Administration Building #3, to explore and identify appropriate academic majors or career direction. |
Career & Technical Program Advising Email a Career & Tech Advisor NFCC also offers students the opportunity to work directly with a Career and Technical Education Advisor.
