Green Industries provides classroom, meeting, and outdoor
space for organizations in our area. Our state of the art classrooms are equipped
with Smart Boards, and can be used for multi-media presentations for up to 50
people. Likewise, our buildings provide comfortable, accessible space for
meetings, and our 64 acres of property on site are available for
outdoor demonstrations for any community group.

Local Partner Organizations
We are currently providing space for the following
community organizations.
OLLI offers classes on stimulating topics to retirees and
individuals over 50. Green Industries has been the site of several OLLI classes
since 2010. This fall, OLLI will be offering the class Organic
Gardening: From Soil to Seed to Harvest at Green Industries. This
six-week class with take place on Thursdays from 9:30am to 11:30am, starting on
October 13 and ending on November 17. More information about OLLI membership

The mission of the Big Bend Horseman’s Association is to promote
and improve equine activity, competition, education, health and understanding
throughout the Big Bend area. The BBHA meets monthly on Monday evenings at
Green Industries. Please visit the BBHA calendar for upcoming
meetings and events.
Green Industries is working with Jefferson County
Extension to further agriculture education in our area. Green Industries
provides classroom space to a local 4-H Club which meets weekly for instruction on different lessons.
