2014 RUN RESULTS
The Colin P. Kelly Fitness and Wellness Center is NFCC's new, state-of-the-art fitness facility and a proud addition to our campus. The fitness room is fully loaded with cutting edge cardio and resistance training equipment. From resistance training machines, to free weights, basketball or volleyball, there is something for everyone looking to get active and stay healthy.

Don't have your GYM ISSUED ID yet? You will need it to use the facility. Register at the fitness center's front desk to get your GYM ID; you will need your current NFCC Student ID and a current class schedule. GYM IDs must be updated each semester.
Bring your NFCC STUDENT ID with you if you want to rent basketballs, volleyballs, weight belts, jump ropes, and many other fitness items.
Need to store your belongings while you work out? Just bring a lock and store them in the locker rooms. Showers are also available in the locker rooms for students and staff going back to class or work after a work out.
Need some fresh air? Take a walk or jog our brand new half mile track through campus. It starts and ends at the fitness center!
Things to Know!
You must have a GYM ISSUED barcode ID tag to be able to use the facility. You may register each semester at the front desk to update your student status. You will be asked to provide an up to date school schedule.
Everyone that enters the building must have their barcode ID scanned to be allowed to use the facility. You may only enter through the south entrance or the east entrance during normal hours. Other entrances may be used during special events, but will remain locked during normal hours.
You must have your NFCC ID card to rent items from the fitness desk.
You must have a towel to work out in the fitness room. You may bring your own towel, or rent one from the front desk. Towels must be returned when you leave.
You may only wear athletic (rubber soled) shoes-no open toed shoes, flip flops, sandals, crocs or dress shoes.
Proper workout attire is required - no jeans; shirts must be worn at all times.
Lockers are for day use only and items must be removed at the end of each day. Items left in lockers will be removed. You must provide your own lock.
Drinks must be in a container with a screw on lid in order to be allowed in the fitness center. Cups with lids or drinks in containers that may spill are not allowed.
Cell phones are NOT allowed in the fitness areas.
Do not drop or throw weights in the free weight areas. Do not lean plates against walls or machines.
Be courteous to your fellow students and faculty/ staff while working out.
