The purpose of the employee suggestion box is to allow equal access to all College employees in order to suggest positive changes that will affect the entire college.  Suggestions should follow these simple guidelines:

1. Suggestions must be legible.
2. Suggestions must not reflect negatively on any individual and personal names should not be used.
3. Suggestions are expected to be well thought out and presented in a positive and professional manner. 
4. When problems are outlined in a suggestion, please include your recommendation for resolution.
5. Suggestions may be anonymous if desired.  Names are not required.

Employee suggestions are much appreciated at NFCC. 

Due to employee suggestions we now have access to: Credit Unions, Vision and Dental Insurance, Life Insurance, discounts with vendors, Employee Assistance Program, extended spring break, four day summer work week, free shirt per year, 48 hour period between finals and grades due, and the list goes on.  Every one of these came from employee suggestions and hopefully there are many more to come. 

The suggestion boxes will be checked on a bi-weekly basis by the Chair of the College Council.  All suggestions that are within the guidelines listed will be presented by the Chair of the College Council at the next regularly scheduled Administrative Council Meeting.
