Tackling Test Anxiety 

Are you a student who doesn’t test well?  You might be suffering from test anxiety.  Most students experience some anxiety during an exam, but excessive anxiety can cause mental blocking, difficulty in organizing your thoughts, forgetting course material, even headache and upset stomach.  Learn how to assess your own level of nervousness while taking tests, as well as relaxation techniques, lifestyle changes, and how to control negative or worrisome thoughts during exams.
