The Academic Success Center provides numerous workshops throughout the semester to help our students succeed.  Our staff welcomes any ideas for workshop topics that students would like to see offered.  The current schedule of topics is listed below.

Degree Works

Presenter:  Lori Pleasant 

“Degree Works” is a new web-based program available to all NFCC students via the MyNFCC portal. This program allows you direct access to degree audits to track your progress toward completing degrees. Using “Degree Works,” you can easily identify courses you completed and courses you still need in order to fulfill your degree requirements. “Degree Works” can help you plan your class schedules, perform “What If” scenarios, see your grades and GPA, and more.  Attend this informational session to learn how “Degree Works” can put you more in control of your academic pursuits.
