Public Records Request

NOTE: This form should not be used for transcript requests. To request an official transcript from North Florida Community College, visit the Admissions page or email transcripts@nfcc.edu for more information.  

All public records requests are administered by NFCC's Office of College Advancement.

Requests for public records under Chapter 119, Florida Statutes, may be made by:
