The Office of the Ombudsman facilitates understanding, communication, and conflict resolution between students and instructors and other members of the college community without engaging the formal grievance procedures. The Ombudsman can listen impartially and confidentially to complaints, explain policies and procedures, and assist in finding a solution. The mission of the Ombudsman is to ensure that all students receive fair and equitable treatment at NFCC.
