North Florida Community College delivers services to students with disabilities according to by Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 and the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990. The legal requirements set forth in those acts ensure equal access to educational opportunities through reasonable modifications in college policies, practices, and/or procedures. The following is a non-exhaustive list of services for students with a documented disability.

- Standardized testing accommodations (TABE, CPT, F-BAT, CLEP, etc.)

Please note that modification(s) can be made to accommodate students unless making the modification(s) entails a fundamental alteration to the nature of the service, program, or activity.
