General ADN Course General ADN Courses Selection criteria are utilized to decide which applicants are given an invitation to the program. Applicants are ranked according to points earned. Those twenty-four applicants with the highest number of points will be offered an invitation to attend the ADN program. |

Health Related/Certification Licensure Certification based on an educational program of at least 1 semester. (ie. Certified Nursing Assistant, CNA; Patient Care Assistant, PCA; Emergency Medical Technician, EMT): 4 Points Certification based on an educational program of at least 2 semesters. (ie: Paramedic; Patient Care Technician; Surgical Technician; Physical Therapy Assistant, PTA; Occupational Therapy Assistant, OTA; Respiratory Therapy Assistant, RTA; Military Corpsman.: 7 Points
Additional Available Points Applicant is a resident of NFCC’s six county service area which includes the counties of Hamilton, Jefferson, Lafayette, Madison, Suwannee and Taylor. 5 Points Applicant qualified the prior academic year as an alternate candidate for the program. 5 Points To be completed after minimum requirements are met Once a student has met all of the minimum requirements the LPN Worksheet will need to be filled out by the Registrar's Office. Once the form is completed or the student is enrolled in the last semester of prerequisites, he or she should call to make an appointment with someone in the RN Department to submit minimum requirements.
