NFCC's Customized Training Center (CTC) is for businesses, industries, and government agencies whose services are changing so that retraining of employees is needed, or whose employees need training in specific skills to increase efficiency and productivity. As the name implies, training is customized to meet the needs of the individual business or industry. Customized Training Center personnel will work closely with business or industry representatives to determine specific needs and desired outcomes and will then design a curriculum to achieve the desired goals. The CTC can also assist individuals who are enhancing occupational skills necessary to maintain current employment, to cross train, or to upgrade employment. |
