The Adult Education Program provides basic studies for literacy education and students in adult general education leading to state-issued GED. NFCC believes that education doesn’t stop at a certain age and that learning is a life-long journey.
The Adult Education Program offers free GED preparation classes as well as literacy education in the basic skills of reading, writing, and math. Vocational Prepatory Instruction classes are also available to provide remediaiton for the test of Adult Basic Education. There is open entry to these programs and class times are flexible.

Enrollment Requirements Students must: 1. be at least 18 years of age 2. not be enrolled in high school and must not have a high school diploma or GED 3. register for the Adult Education class
