Student progress in NFCC math is documented in a variety of ways: in-class instructor evaluation, including graded homework, in-class tests, and portfolios. Standardized tests, such as the Florida Basic Skills Math Exit Test and the CLAST are given at the appropriate times during a student's matriculation. In the AA Degree, progress is tracked in the required six hours of Gordon Rule math courses. In the AS and AAS, math progress is evaluated by success in thier various programs and on required licensing tests. |
