Local PCT grad accepts position at South Georgia Medical Center For Complete Release Darla Ross of Madison, a student in the second graduating class of Patient Care Technicians at North Florida Community College, is the first of 24 graduates to enter the healthcare field as a PCT professional. Ross has accepted a position as PCT II at South Georgia Medical Center in Valdosta, Ga.
