Water rescue: Wet & Wild for EMT students For Complete Release Although water rescue isn’t part of the regular curriculum, instructor Rebecca Cash knew her EMT students would some day really need to know the basics, especially with the abundance of lakes, rivers, and springs in north Florida. Earlier this month, Cash packed up her EMT class from North Florida Community College and headed to a local swimming pool.
